Questions we get asked
- Do I need a plan to use a tutor?
- No. Anything your tutor sets as homework is free to the student, plan or no plan. A plan only matters if the student wants to work through the library on their own.
- What happens if I cancel a monthly plan?
- You keep every PDF you downloaded while it was active. You lose access to the rest of the library at the end of the paid month.
- Is the $365 lifetime price going up?
- It is a launch price against $549. We will give notice here before it changes, and anyone who has already bought keeps lifetime access at what they paid.
- Can two children share one plan?
- The lifetime purchase includes a sibling account at half price. Monthly and yearly plans are per student.
- Are prices GST inclusive?
- Yes. Every figure on this page includes GST, and every receipt and invoice shows the GST component.
